Project Overview
Epiphany Associates brought my team on to support the long-term marketing strategy and content execution for their 7-part curriculum. From slide design to email campaigns to multi-year planning, we helped build a solid foundation for scalable, sustainable growth.
Over the course of this project, we created more than 1,000 custom-designed slides and handout pages, managed the Kajabi website, and supported two major brand refreshes—all while maintaining a consistent, high-quality standard across every touchpoint.

(Not many people can claim they were the graphic designer for a blind client.)
Content Creation
We supported Epiphany’s course delivery by building beautifully stylized handouts and slides for their 7-module program. These materials were tailored to match their evolving brand and enhance the learning experience for participants. To date, we’ve designed and delivered over 1,000 branded course assets. We also played a role in helping manage Kristen Cox’s LinkedIn page to grow in following, and convert to email contacts.
Website
We made key functional edits to improve how their Kajabi website supported the marketing funnel. This included adjusting page structure, enhancing user flow, and aligning the site with the updated course and email strategies to better capture and convert interest.
Email Campaign
We managed Epiphany’s email list, maintained a consistent 45% open rate, and helped build an email funnel to grow their audience.
Branding
Throughout the project, we supported two major rebrands for Epiphany Associates. Our team ensured visual consistency across all assets—slides, PDFs, web pages, and emails—while evolving the brand in alignment with their vision and values.
